If you love rock climbing, you should know that our area is one of the world’s richest in number of crags, differing in length, exposure, type and mode of access. Among the most famous walls are the Plaques de Baone, the first barrier-free cliff in the world, easy to climb and offering a splendid view of the lake. La Falesia Calvario, in the Sarca Valley, nestled in a beautiful olive grove. Muro dell'Asino, a cliff with more than 40 routes in the picturesque village of Laghel. Also worthy of special mention are the cliffs of Massi di Prabi, Belvedere, Segrom, Piazzole, Policromuro and many, many others.

Nearby there are also numerous artificial walls, one of which is the Climbing Stadium where, for over 30 years now, Rock Master, the most important international sports climbing competition, has been held annually, as well as in Boulder City, which offers numerous routes of different levels of difficulty. Furthermore, families with children interested in climbing can do so at Family Falesie, which offers easy routes designed so that even the youngest ones can tackle them.

Alternatively, you can also try the Via Ferrata: Garda Trentino and Valle di Ledro jealously guard this true climbing heritage, a unique and irreplaceable feature of our territory providing routes along the wall that allow you to explore an unspoiled nature, which, while difficult to access, will allow you to experience the spirit of the mountain.

The Vie Ferrate require specific equipment, basic technical knowledge and some training in relation to the chosen route. Of all the routes, perhaps the most famous is the Via dell'Amicizia - Cima SAT, which is one of the most famous and popular in the whole of Trentino. Equally spectacular are the Fausto Susatti at Cima Capi, the Colodri at Arco and the Scaloni at Dro.
